POSTER!
September 16, 2009Tim McMillan
September 12, 2009“It’s easy to lose oneself in the visual aspect of a Tim McMillan performance – his fingers dancing across the guitar strings is a cause for fixation, often punctuated by little unexpected bursts of sarcastic genius”

“Goblincore’s the deadliest genre I have seen in ages”
Nick Snelling – Zoo Magazine (Editor)

“Goblincore is a genre to watch out for – it encompasses guitar trickery with tennis balls, anecdotes and moments of affectionate abuse combined with melodic songwriting. All of which could just be, a recipe for success. At worst, it’s a look into three very intelligent, yet somewhat disturbed minds.” Beth Gaudion (Beat Magazine)
This fresh new genre is a natural progression from McMillan’s previous ‘acoustic viking metal/post-cro magnon
hammer merchant grind/soothsayer folk’ stylings.
The Tim McMillan Band live show is a unique experience, hitting you with a combination of obnoxious shred and
emotive set pieces, accompanied with a cheeky yet loveable sense of humor.
